Duane Street Loft

In Tribeca, a dark, divided apartment was transformed into a fluid, light-filled loft. Curved walls and a suspended ceiling sculpt the space, drawing natural light deep inside. A once-secluded kitchen now opens to the living area, while custom resin sinks animate the otherwise neutral palette of fir, concrete, frosted acrylic, and brushed and polished steel. Integrated storage throughout maintains the apartment’s clean lines.
