An art-filled sanctuary overlooking Central Park, our pied-à-terre renovation was recently featured in AN Interior. As project lead, Ed Parker, explains, “Constraints—and our response to them—are an important part of the design process. They challenge us and often shape the outcome in unexpected ways.” The piece digs into how we transformed a 2,000-square-foot, prewar apartment—navigating strict co-op regulations, structural setbacks, and historic fabric—to create a refined and organic home where thoughtful detailing and materiality create a cohesive and contemporary escape above the tree canopy.

Balcony doors open to expansive city views, featuring Midtown towers and natural light filtering into the interior.
