As 1100 Architect’s Business Director, Betty Gonzalez brings over three decades of leadership experience to her oversight of the firm’s operations, finance, and human resources. With more than 18 years at 1100 Architect, she is known for her strategic thinking, adaptability, and unwavering focus on performance and delivery. Betty’s leadership style is grounded in emotional intelligence, creativity, and a deep sense of positivity—qualities that allow her to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients alike. Fluent in Spanish, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
In addition to her business leadership, Betty directs 1100 Architect’s interior design studio. She approaches each project with a genuine passion for design, a commitment to staying current with emerging trends, and a strong belief in the importance of balancing beauty, functionality, and longevity. Betty has led the creation of numerous bespoke residential interiors, working closely with clients and project teams to craft spaces that feel cohesive, thoughtful, and enduring.
