Brand New School Office Santa Monica
For the Los Angeles office of Brand New School, an advertising and interactive media studio, we transformed two adjacent former auto shops into an open and collaborative work environment. The layout builds upon our successful design of Brand New School’s New York office, arraying open workstations for the production team in the center of the space and semi-private glass enclosed offices for creative directors at the periphery. The full-height glass partitions separating these two areas provide acoustical separation while maintaining visual communication in the space. Breakout areas and lounges arrayed throughout foster teamwork and collaboration, while enclosed conference rooms provide privacy when needed.
