1100: Awarded NYC Parks Red Hook Recreation Center & Pool

1100 Architect is pleased to announce that our Red Hook Recreation Center project with NYC Parks in Brooklyn has expanded to include the entire pool and site. This pool is one of NYC’s classic WPA masterpieces and we are honored to bring new life to this vital community resource that has kept the Red Hook community cool during the summer heat since 1936. Updated sustainability features will include a new rooftop solar array and conversion to an all-electric building.
