Metro Pictures Gallery

The design of Metro Pictures Gallery creates a contemporary space free of distraction, allowing visitors to focus their attention on the exhibitions themselves. The fully glazed façade establishes a dialogue between the interiors and the Chelsea neighborhood. Clear sightlines between the galleries create intuitive circulation pathways and draw visitors into the space.  A sculptural, blackened-steel staircase connects the first and second floors, offering access to additional galleries and offices upstairs.
