Fifth Avenue Pied-a-Terre

For this renovation project, 1100 Architect transformed an outdated apartment into a bright, modern space. With full-height windows overlooking the Manhattan skyline and an open plan, the apartment receives ample natural light. White walls brighten the space further, while an oak soffit in the kitchen and bath adds warmth and dimension. A pivot wall made of slatted wood, which provides privacy between the bedroom and living area, allows for flexibility. Bianco Dolomiti marble and light-colored woods are complemented with mirrored walls and brushed stainless steel, creating an environment that is both warm and sleek.
