Juergen Riehm Speaks at the Parrish Art Museum

On August 24, Juergen Riehm, FAIA, delivered a presentation at the Parrish Art Museum, in Water Mill, NY, as part of the museum’s “Inter-Sections: The Architect in Conversation” series. As a Founding Principal of 1100 Architect, Riehm looked back over the firm’s 35-year history. In dialogue with Architectural Record deputy editor Suzanne Stephens, the wide-ranging talk included a discussion of Riehm’s work with artists—including Jasper Johns, Roy Lichtenstein, and Bryan Hunt—and his residential work on Long Island’s East End, unveiling his latest project, a house in Amagansett, NY.
